MY JOURNEY
Hi, I'm Libby.
My full name is Olivia Lovett-Millar but mostly known as Libby.
I'm a Birth Doula, Breathwork Facilitator, and space holder with a deep passion for supporting people through life's biggest transitions.
Whether you're preparing to welcome your baby, navigating the early days of parenthood, moving through relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my intention is always the same—to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
I don't believe we need fixing.
I believe that when we feel safe, supported, and truly seen, we naturally begin to find our way back to ourselves.
That belief sits at the heart of everything I do.
My Story
For much of my life, I searched outside of myself for the answers.
I explored personal development, yoga, coaching, breathwork, nervous system education, and many different healing modalities, always trying to understand why we experience stress, fear, disconnection, and suffering—and more importantly, how we can move through them with greater ease.
Each experience taught me something valuable, but the greatest teacher has been life itself.
Becoming a mother changed everything.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum weren't simply experiences I supported professionally they became experiences I lived deeply.
Motherhood softened me. It challenged me. It invited me to slow down, trust my body, ask for support, and redefine what truly matters.
It reminded me that healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who we are beneath the layers of fear, expectation, and survival.
Today, that understanding shapes every space I hold.
How I Work
I believe every person already holds the wisdom they need.
My role isn't to tell you what to do or to fix what's broken.
It's to walk alongside you, offering practical tools, compassionate support, and a safe space to reconnect with yourself.
My work draws on birth education, trauma-informed breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, coaching, and my own lived experience of motherhood.
Whether we're preparing for birth, exploring your breath, or navigating relationships, everything we do begins with the same question:
How can we help you feel safer within yourself?
Because when we create safety inside ourselves, we respond differently.
We trust ourselves more.
We communicate with greater compassion.
We parent with more presence.
We birth with more confidence.
And we begin to live from connection instead of fear.
A Little More About Me
When I'm not holding space for others, you'll most likely find me soaking up life with my little family, exploring nature, drinking a good cacao, or spending time in my garden.
I believe in slowing down.
In meaningful conversations.
In community.
In the wisdom of our bodies.
And in the quiet power of simply being present.
Thank you for being here.
It's a privilege to do this work, and I'd be honoured to walk alongside you in whatever season you're navigating.
