Cacao has been part of my life for as long as I can remember—a quiet companion through times of growth, healing, and transformation. What began as a personal curiosity deepened into a relationship of profound support, especially through the practice of bean-to-bar chocolate and sacred cacao preparation.

After time away, I returned to Ōtautahi and reconnected with cacao in a new way—through a friend, a moment of vulnerability, and a quiet nudge from life itself. At a time when I felt lost and low, cacao met me with presence. It became not just a comfort, but a guide.

I leaned into the nourishing embrace of this plant medicine, finding both emotional and physical solace.

I committed to this path with intention, becoming a Cacao Ambassador and devoting myself to this medicine. The journey has since unfolded into one of the most expansive and supportive experiences of my life.

Cacao has held me through emotional waves, spiritual deepening, physical healing, and mental clarity. It continues to be a pillar of strength—an expression of love, joy, and gratitude that reminds me to return to myself, again and again.
