This Introductory Training is ideal for practitioners looking to expand their range of client options, while also providing an opportunity for deep personal development.
The 80-hour program can be credited toward a full Professional Breathwork Training with NZAB (New Zealand Association of Breathwork Inc.), a professional association registered with the NHPNZ.

I use breathwork to connect more deeply with my true inner voice. Life can be busy and we get lost, so this is how I stay in touch.
I use the breath technique as a tool to calm the mind and body and become mindful throughout my day. This has hugely increased both physical and mental well-being.
